“ I love this cafe and will continue coming back as love supporting locals but I find the drinks very inconsistent each time I come in. Sometimes they are delicious and other times not so much, depends on who is making them .The staff are also not the most welcoming or friendly. There is one girl who is consistently lovely who always goes above and beyond. Unsure of her name but she has brown hair. Awesome cafe though but maybe a bit better consistency and friendlier staff x ”
“ Went to the Tweed Heads café with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. The food and coffee were amazing, and the place has such a nice vibe. The chef was super friendly and even came over to our table to make sure everything was good. The only bad part was the manager, who was rude to my friend for no reason and it was her birthday! She could definitely be a lot nicer, especially being the manager. ”
“ Generally the best service ever. Staff are always happy and smiling. The açai is absolutely to die for. I have tried a lot of açai and the açai from next door espresso is by far the best. The coconut sorbet touch was delicious. Would highly recommend. ”
“ Cute cafe which looks really nicely done. Brekky burrito was good. Chilli eggs was decent but extremely spicy and nothing else added to it. Coffee was good. I was annoyed that the water tap was broken so I had to spend nearly $6 to but a small bottle of water. One would think, the management would have gone to Coles and purchased a few big bottles of water to make up for the water issue but no I had to be financially penalised. Lots of flies inside the cafe too. ”
“ Just tried this place for the first time. Incredible coffee, vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommend. 10/10. Tried the Breakfast Burger for the first time today and it really is something else. ”
“ We were heading to Gold Coast for the day and found next door espresso. Great place for breakfast I had eggs Benedict and a matcha milk. Wife had Asai bowl that was delicious! Food was fast, decent price and tasted great. ”
“ Plant-Based Perfection with a Side of Puppy Love! What a gorgeous find! We wandered into Next Door Espresso, Tweed Heads, and were greeted with sun-dappled tables, warm smiles, and the kind of laid-back coastal charm you secretly hope every café will deliver. We ordered a flat white on almond milk—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. But the real delight? The Vegan Burrito. A warm, satisfying wrap stuffed with wild mushrooms, creamy avocado, melty vegan cheese, a golden hash brown, roasted capsicum, caramelised onion, and a bed of fresh greens. Every bite was balanced and flavourful—comfort food with flair, and at $18, a solid value for such a vibrant, nourishing dish. And let’s not forget Corby, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who gave his enthusiastic paw of approval to the dog-friendly outdoor seating. Plenty of space, shaded spots, and a peaceful atmosphere made it just as pleasant for pups as for their people. Five stars from all of us—two-legged and four-pawed alike. We’ll be back! ”
“ Came all the way from Brisbane. Food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Worth the drive. Drinks came out before food and didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes. (Pending time of day you order of course) would definitely come back here. Blueberry matcha latte was delicious! ”
